Redress is a Hong Kong-based, Asia-focused environmental NGO on a mission to accelerate the transition to a circular fashion industry. Their current website is in need of a full visual redesign and user experience (UX) transformation, but they lacked capacity on their internal team to manage the project.
We supported Redress by managing the project from the very beginning, including the initial evaluation of their organizational goals to ensure that the website would be designed in alignment with their desired outcomes- connecting their past, present and future.
We helped Redress build the right team to execute the UX and website design, and we are continuing to assist with project management, narrative strategy and UX copy to ensure that the information hierarchy serves both the organization’s goals and user needs.
