Client
Cascale (formerly Sustainable Apparel Coalition) a global membership organization accelerating responsible supply chains in the apparel industry, covering topics like decarbonization and responsible purchasing practices.
Challenge
Cascale's annual meeting brings together 500+ global sustainability leaders to align on best practices, collaborate, and drive action on environmental impact and human rights. With that many stakeholders and session tracks, the risk was fragmentation. Sessions without a common thread would leave attendees without clear direction, and the event without a unifying call to action.
Solution
We grounded the entire program in a single theme and title, developed through research, industry trends, and internal team input, then approved by Cascale's leadership. That foundation anchored everything that followed:
Results
Two consecutive annual meetings, each drawing 500+ global sustainability leaders, delivered as a unified narrative experience: from session content through branding, marketing, and live programming, with a clear, actionable roadmap for attendees, media, and press.
Takeaway
A strong event starts with a strong story. Anchoring every session, partnership, and touchpoint in one theme turns a multi-track conference into a single coherent narrative, and gives every stakeholder a clear call to action.

She connects with teams easily, building trust while upholding integrity within herself and her teams. All of us that have had the fortune to work with Ruby are better because of our time together." - Sean Cady, VP of Global Sustainability, VF Corporation and Cascale Board Member
